What’s your minimum project rate?

Our minimum project rate is $5,000 per month, working on at least four pieces. You’ll get a custom quote after completing the form above.

How soon can you start?

We can start content strategy soon as you’re ready. After the discovery call, we’ll send a project proposal. If that’s all good, sign the contract, pay the deposit, and we’ll get cracking. That usually takes around a week (but can be faster if you’re on the ball).

For production (refreshes and net new content), we need a ~4 week lead time to confirm we have the right team in place to start working on your content. From there, expect a 2-week turnaround from brief to first draft.

How do you vet writers?

Everyone on our team is an individual freelancer. We have a rigorous approval process, with everyone completing a paid test piece before they get their hands on client work. Once they pass, they’re given internal writing training to make sure they meet our high standards. We also match writer expertise with the client’s industry.

What happens if I’m not happy with the writer on my account?

This is rare since we build the team depending on your content style, expertise, and requirements. But if you’re not happy with the writer on your account, give us a shout and we’ll swap them out. No hard feelings.

What are your contract + payment terms?

We ask for a 50% deposit upfront to secure your space. From there, we have monthly rolling contracts so you’re never tied in. Just give us 30 days notice if you want to pause. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of each month’s work (Net 30).


Do you work on retainer?

Yes. Because of the time and effort we put into training writers and understanding your brand, we only work on a retainer basis. You’ll commit to at least four posts per month; we commit to writing them for you.
